We wrap Younisource in your brand, or build a dedicated app from scratch. Youni Studio keeps running the servers and maintenance either way.

Younisource carrying your name and design, shipped as a separate app.

- Admin work is done in the Younisource admin app as it is.
- No upfront development fee; billing starts when development begins.

What differs per organization on white label
Decide the items below and a dedicated app comes out of the same codebase.
Brand name
App name, company name and support email become yours. Korean, English and Japanese names can be set separately.
App identity
Icon, logo and package name are all dedicated, published to the stores under your organization.
Active modes
Turn on only the modes you need among admin, user and kiosk, so unused screens never appear.
Feature set
Optional features such as chat, discovery, friends, invite codes and onboarding are switched on one by one.
Dedicated scope
The app is pinned to your organization's group, so group lists and notifications stay inside it.
Language
Fix the app to a single language, or leave it for users to choose.
Contract terms
Worth knowing before you sign. The contract carries the same terms.
Term and billing
Contracts run for one year and the fee is billed monthly. There is no need to pay a year upfront, and the amount does not change during the term.
Renewal
We notify you 60 days before expiry. Without a word from you 30 days before, it renews for another year on the same terms — and even then you can cancel within 30 days at no charge.
Ending early
Give us 30 days notice and you can leave at any time. Setup costs are recovered over the year, so only the part not yet recovered is settled. It shrinks the longer you stay and reaches zero at twelve months.
If something goes wrong on our side
If the service is down for a day or more, those days come off your next invoice. If a fault makes normal use impossible you can cancel at no charge, and should we ever discontinue the service we give three months notice, hand over all your data, and refund what remains.

- Is there really no upfront cost?
- Correct. No deposit or interim payment — you start with the monthly fee alone. On white label, billing starts once you go live after reviewing the result; on custom, it starts when development begins.
- Does requesting more features cost extra?
- Feature requests needed to run your organization cost nothing extra. Building screens in a form used only by your organization counts as the dedicated screens option. We tell you which side a request falls on before we start.
- Does the price rise as we grow?
- The amount does not change during the contract term, however many people you add. Only if usage grows far beyond expectations do we review it together at renewal, and even then it is based on actual server cost.
- Can we take payments through it?
- Yes. The payment feature built into Younisource can be used as it is, so you do not need a separate merchant contract with a PG company. The payment fee is 4%.
- How long is the contract, and how is it billed?
- Contracts run for one year and the fee is billed monthly — there is no need to pay a year upfront. The term starts when you go live on white label, or when development begins on custom. All prices shown exclude VAT, and the amount does not change during the term.
